Didjeridoo
A magnificent way to get rid of stress and anger is to play the didjeridoo (some call it yedaki). While performing the circular breathing you can learn the correct and concious breathing and to 'listen' to your body. Your whole body is slightly vibrating while playing the didj. These vibrations can open some of of your energy fields and help you to release stress. In specially designed courses you can learn how to play the didjeridoo and you will be able to perform the circular breathing.
